Hiring remotely without a middleman

Hiring remotely is not hard because the talent is not there. It is hard because you cannot easily tell, from a CV and a half-hour call, who is genuinely good. So most teams pay someone else to take that risk: an agency for a shortlist, a BPO for a managed seat. Both work. Both cost far more than the vetting itself is worth.

Here is the shorter path.

Vet once, properly

The expensive part of hiring is screening. Do it once, thoroughly, and the rest is easy. Everyone in the Vali pool has passed the same checks: a real, verified person; work history that stands up; a role-specific skills test that was sat and scored; and one continuous recorded interview in their own voice. The score sits on the profile, so you can see how someone did before you spend anything.

Hire the person, not the platform

Once you have found someone, hire them directly. They invoice you and are paid straight to their account. There is no placement fee, no markup on their wage, and no third party you have to keep paying to keep the relationship. If it works out, it is yours. If it does not, ending it is between the two of you.

What it costs

You pay for access to a category for thirty days, then hire as many people from it as you like. It never renews on its own. That is the whole model: pay for the vetting, not for the people.
